During his four-year tenure with UCF, McCrae rushed for a career total of 2,620 yards, which is the fourth-most in program history. McCrae finished his UCF career with 29 rushing touchdowns, which is also the fourth-most in program history.

The former Knight is the current UCF all-time leader in career yards-per-carry with 6.45 YPC.

Much of McCrae’s success came from his 2020 senior year, where he led the team with his 758 rushing yards and 10 rushing touchdowns.  McCrae’s 10 rushing touchdowns were the fourth-most in the American Athletic Conference and the nation’s 22nd most.

The four-year Knight excelled off the field, as well, being named to the NFF Hampshire Honor Society for maintaining a 3.2 or higher GPA during his Knights career.

Details for McCrae’s new contract have yet to be reported.

The Argonaut’s 15-week schedule is set to begin on Saturday, Aug. 7 at 7:00 p.m. EST.
