Last night aired the 53rd Grammy Awards. It was a night filled with unexpected wins, couple watching, and even a few grandmas on the red carpet.
The Staples Center in LA was the spot where one of the most memorable Grammys took place. Lady Antebellum were the big winners of the night scoring 5 awards, Gaga won 3, and Justin Bieber went home empty handed. Best new artist went to Esperanza and left most shocked. It was the first time in years a jazz singer was nominated for that category. Some of the night’s biggest performances were Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Eminem featuring Rihannna, Bruno Mars, Muse, Barbara Streisand, and Lady Antebellum.
Rihanna showed up in what looked like Christmas garland bye Jean-Paul Gaultier Coutureand was practically naked, Katy Perry wore angel wings with Grandma Ann and her husband Russel Brand as arm candy all wearing Armani Privé, Miley Cyrus wore a gorgeous Roberto Cavalli dress (but her side boob will certainly land her on the worst dressed list for many), and Justin Bieber arrived in a white tux and white sneakers. Below is a list of all the night’s winners. The show is aproxemitly three hours so many of the awards were announced before the show aired.
