UPDATE 10:04 P.M.

Local TV stations just reported a 31-year-old man is under arrest after threatening to blow up a UCF building, apparently Classroom 1, and kill UCF students.

Both garages are re-opened now, but bomb sniffing dogs hit on the suspect’s car, according to reports, so police blasted it open with a water cannon.

That noise sounded like an explosion, but there were no bombs found and no explosions, according to reports. The suspect’s name is Cory Carr, according to TV stations, but we have not confirmed that is his name or correct spelling.

KnightNews.com was at the scene when the heavy law enforcement drove into the garage. We interviewed officials and will work to edit and post the video as soon as possible.

Check back for updates.
