False Hope in Search for UCF Sorority Alumna
Crime, News — By Joshua Torres on February 23, 2010 at 11:09 amJennifer Kesse has been missing since 2006
ORLANDO, FL — What seemed like a gleam of hope in the search for missing University of Central Florida graduate Jennifer Kesse turned up nothing.
Investigators launched a mass search for Kesse after receiving a tip from a caller. The search allegedly intensified when cadaver dogs signaled officers to an area of the empty field near where Kesse went missing four years ago.
Police remained tight-lipped about the tip and Orlando police Sgt. Barbara Jones confirmed on Friday afternoon that the search had concluded with no new evidence that would serve value to the search for Kesse.
Dozens of officers from the Orlando Police Department and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement scoured the area off South Orange Blossom Trail north of West Oak Ridge Road.
Kesse graduated from UCF in 2003 and was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority.

My thoughts and prayers are always with the Kesse Family. But, as I know too well – We must act on every Tip or Suggestion that comes in – No matter how small of a chance. The possibilities give you renewed hope and the letdowns crush your heart. We will never give up until our Loved Ones are found and justice is served.

It’s so creepy that she appeared older to me when this happened and now she looks younger.
On an unrelated note, I honestly get annoyed when KnightNews uses “sorority” girl or “fraternity” boy. As if that’s the most important part of their time at UCF. UCF Education Alumni… Doesn’t that sound more classy?
after 3 years time wouldnt the body be just bones…and with the florida wildlife these bones could be scattered miles apart from each other…i wish the best for the victims family though.
