To whom it may concern:
I wanted to send an email in regards to the requests and questions which have risen in regards to the 2010-2011 fiscal year A&SF Budget Committee. As the Chair, I would be happy to answer any questions and clear up any misunderstandings in regards to the committee.
In regards to any budget information you may have received from Joe, the director of the A&SF Business Office, please be aware that nothing is finalized until the budget is passed in committee, then in Senate, and then signed by President Hitt. I encourage anyone to please ask me questions when something looks interesting, or if he/she doesn’t understand, because I hope to make sure everything is portrayed accurately.
In addition, until the budget is finalized, the appropriate place to direct questions is to the A&SF Budget Committee (myself) and not the A&SF Business Office.
I hope this email clears up any current questions. Again, I am happy to be an available resource for all future A&SF Budget Committee requests or questions.
