Ms. Irizarry provided a sworn written statement including the following information: On 7/14/10 she was informed
by a “current resident” of apartment #1170 that reported to the office that there were materials within the apartment that brought concern. Ms. Irizarry walked through the unit (#1170) to take pictures of the chemicals that were reported. Kinnan (Leasing Manager) and Ms. Irizarry walked the unit and took pictures of the “chemicals” located in the kitchen. When she and Kinnan returned to the office (12024 Royal Wulff Lane) they looked up the “chemicals” and realized they could be consistent with the ingredients needed to “cook crystal methamphetamine”. She then proceeded to call the non emergency number to get further instruction on what to do.
Ms. Irizarry printed out several picture she took inside apartment #1170 depicting frozen bottles, paint thinners,
and a plastic bottle with handwritten chemical placard and “Methanol” written on side.
A command post was established at the clubhouse of Campus Crossings at 12024 Royal Wulff Lane. A perimeter
was set.
Narcotics units responded and took over the investigation. Photographs taken by Ms.Irizarry were collected and will be entered into evidence.
