The Festival of Chocolate is returning to Central Florida, this time being hosted at the UCF Arena!
Noted as “The Ultimate All‐Chocolate Shopping, Educational and Interactive Experience,” the event brings all types of vendors and food into one location for an experience like no other.
Award winning pastry chefs and chocolatiers will host interactive demonstrations while showing off some of their tips and tricks as the create chocolate artistic wonders!
We’ve compiled a list of the top things to see that weekend at the festival:
1.The Cocoa Couture Fashion Show featuring hand designed garments made almost completely
out of chocolate wrappers!
2. Chocolate and Wine Pairings…. This guided, interactive class will have you nibbling, sipping, laughing and learning how to identify the complimentary flavors in two of life’s greatest pleasures.
3. Chocolate University taught by Chocolate Masters. If you want to hone your skills, are a budding Chocolatier, want to make better chocolate products at home or are interested in the fine art of chocolate, this is the place for you!
4. Demonstrations by World Class Pastry Chefs…David Ramirez, past Captain of the USA Pastry Team; Steven Rujak, Pastry Chef of the Year; National 1st Place Cake Champion, Mercedes Strachwsky and Master Chocolatier Bernie Schaked give guests an up-close look at everything chocolate.
5. Chocolate Vendors… Chocolate in Every Form from Cupcakes, Crepes, Cream Puffs and Truffles to BBQ Sauce, Chili, Balsamic Vinegars and Martinis – there is something for every chocoholic.

Friday, April 27, 4 p.m. ‐ 10 p.m.
Saturday April 28, 10 a.m. ‐ 6 p.m.
Sunday, April 29, 10 a.m. ‐ 5 p.m
