Multiple people were shot and one person was killed after an altercation broke out in the Boardwalk Bowl parking lot on Sunday evening, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
According to a release sent out by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the Boardwalk Bowl parking lot after two groups got in an altercation that ended in shots being fired back and forth.
According the the release, witnesses stated that the victims that were shot were loaded into cars and fled the scene. Two victims in their early 20s arrived at Florida Hospital East where one was dead and the other is in serious condition from the gunshot wound, according to the release.
According to the release, another victim arrived at the hospital and is also in serious condition with a gunshot wound.
Neither of the two victims in serious condition were cooperative prior to surgery, according to the release.
No innocent bystanders were hurt and one empty parked car was hit by two shots, according to the release.
