On Wednesday evening, NORML @ UCF hosted Rick Cusick, Associate Publisher of High Times magazine.

Cusick spoke to student activists on topics such as marijuana legalization along with the need for young people to continue to fight for marijuana and their rights along with it.

Cusick told stories about times he smoked with celebrities like Snoop Dogg and Wille Nelson and also discussed the need for medical marijuana to be implemented into a doctors list of medicine options.

He also touched on points such as the time he was arrested, along with NORML Founder Keith Stroup, for smoking a joint at the 18th annual Boston Freedom Rally in 2007.

Students enjoyed the eccentric speaking style that Cusick offered as well as his down to earth mentality and encouraging words.
