Downtown Disney will open a new Indiana Jones themed restaurant in the fall as it begins its transformation into Disney Springs, according to a Disney press release.

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, based on the Indy’s pilot from the movies, will be aviation themed and located in The Landing area of Downtown Disney. Between Paradiso 37 and the Boathouse at Downtown Disney, guests will be able to immerse themselves into the world of Indiana Jones with themed food and drink.

Jock Lindsey was famous in Indiana Jones for his pet snake named Reggie; the name will live on with Jock’s old steamboat where much of the outside seating will be.

The aviation theme is also going to be cooked into every last bit of the restaurant with propeller-based ceiling fans, vintage travel posters and even a diving bell booth.

The menu will specialize in unique cocktails such as the “Hovito Mojito” and small plates of food

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar will open its doors and experience to guests starting this fall.
