UCF area patrons will soon be able to enjoy Burger 21 as the restaurant recently announced their official opening date as Feb. 25.

Burger 21 is a fast-casual “beyond the better burger” franchise concept founded by the owners of The Melting Pot Restaurants, Inc. The company announces that it will open its second franchised location on Feb. 25 at 11551 University Blvd., Suite 16 near the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

“Orlando has embraced Burger 21 and its premium ingredients, innovative recipes and gourmet experience without the gourmet price at our first franchised location that opened in Orlando’s Shoppes at Millenia in November,” said Mark Johnston, Burger 21 president and chief concept officer and president of Front Burner Brands, restaurant management company for Burger 21. “We look forward to bringing our crafted burgers and shakes to the UCF area as we continue to expand in Central Florida and beyond.”

Locally owned and operated by Daniel Torres, Burger 21 UCF features 21 chef-inspired burger creations, hand-dipped signature shakes, gourmet hot dogs, hand-breaded chicken tenders and made-to-order salads served in a contemporary-style diner atmosphere with fast, high-touch service.

“My team and I are excited to bring Burger 21’s “beyond the better burger” experience to the UCF area,” said Torres. “With consumer demand for fast-casual experiences on the rise, we are confident that Burger 21 and its extensive menu will fit perfectly in the UCF community.”
