KnightNews.com has learned that UCF students will be able to enjoy Junior Colombian Burger a little bit closer to campus.
Junior Colombian Burger is planning on opening up a third location where Pioneers was located off of Alafaya near the Suntrust Bank.
The popular restaurant, which currently has two locations off of Kirkman Road and Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando is known for its unique burger toppings such as pineapple and queso. The restaurant will be open until 3:30 a.m. Sunday-Wednesday and open until 4:30 a.m. Thursday-Saturday for late night eats.
