Flying beads, savory Cajun food, a crazy parade and electrifying music from some of the nation’s top artists are things you won’t want to miss at Universal Orlando’s annual Mardi Gras celebration. This year’s celebrations will be held from Feb. 7 through April 18 on select nights.
